Return Policy
We'll gladly accept returns of unopened items at Thrive.ca within 30 days of the date you received the item and offer a full refund of the purchase price. Please return the product in the same condition and with the original packaging in which you received it. Returns received after 30 days will not be processed and will be returned at your cost.

About Your Return
  • Returns to Thrive.ca are free, but we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
  • Please allow fifteen (15) business days from the date you ship the package back to Thrive.ca for us to receive the item(s) and complete the returns process. You will receive an email confirming the product has been returned successfully if we have your email address on file. If we do not have your email address please call us at 1-866-299-8471 and we'll quickly add it to your account.
  • Refunds will be made by the same method used for your purchase. You can check your account by logging in at Thrive.ca or by contacting us directly at 1-866-299-8471.


- Please ship returns to us by using a pre-paid Canada Post returns label. Instructions to create a label can be found below.


Product Return Instructions
1. Create your pre-paid Canada Post returns label by clicking the "Create Return Label" button below. Once created, follow the form instructions to print the pre-paid return label. Please ensure that you enter your order number, found on the invoice which arrived with your product, in the "Reference Number" section of the form.

2. Repackage the unopened item(s) with the original order invoice. Make a copy of the original invoice for your records. If there are several items on your invoice, please highlight the item(s) that you are returning. If your return contains items from more than one order, please enclose all invoices.

3. Affix the Canada Post pre-paid returns label to your package and drop off it at your nearest Canada Post mail box or post office. Visit CanadaPost.com to locate a post office near you. Be sure to affix the printed return label to your package over the original shipping label. The online return label also helps us identify your order and speed up the returns process. Keep a copy of your Canada Post tracking number for your records – you can track your return at CanadaPost.com. Without this tracking number we cannot help track your parcel.
