When you order more than one item, shipping & handling charges are applied to the total order weight. Thrive.ca calculates shipping charges in ½ pound increments, so rest assured - you're getting our best rates.

Please note that we only ship within Canada at this time.

Courier shipping requires a physical street number and address (no P.O. boxes). If your address falls outside normal delivery areas, we will contact you with information about any additional shipping charges.

Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:

Canada Post (7-10 business days)
Courier Ground (5-7 business days)

Shipping & Billing Options
You can choose to have your order shipped to one or more addresses during the checkout process. With this option the order total and payment information, is sent to the billing address on file while the items selected will be sent to the shipping addresses chosen. The order total and payment information is not sent to the shipping address.

Order Tracking
Click "Order Status" at the bottom of our website to view the status of your order(s). You will need to sign into Your Account or create a new online account and select Order History. Your account will provide you details on where your order currently is within our shipping process. A tracking number is automatically assigned to your order. Once your order has been shipped, you can use the tracking number to track where your order is after it leaves our warehouse. Order status is available within 24 hours of placing an order.
